How we work
You approve the work. Then we invoice. Never the other way around.
No cost to start
Every engagement opens with a consult at no charge. Scope and milestones are agreed in writing before anything begins.
Milestones, not deposits
Work runs in defined milestones. An invoice is issued only after a milestone is completed, revised as needed, and approved. No deposits, ever.
Revisions included
Reasonable revisions to hit the agreed outcome are part of the work, not an upsell.
Fair if it stops
If a project can't be completed, you're refunded pro rata for any paid-but-undelivered milestone. Work done but not reaching a milestone isn't charged. Paid via Stripe and PayPal.
